Camp Icaghowan Parent & Camper Guide

A complete Parent Guide is mailed to each camper home in early spring. The packing list and other summer camp forms are available online in PDF format.

All Icaghowan campers are asked to return the following forms to the Icaghowan office at least 2 weeks prior to attendance:

  • Health Form  girls on log
  • Health Examination
  • Copy of front and back of Health Insurance card
  • Any outstanding payment
